322 Kear Street is a 3-story, mixed-use building located in the hamlet of Yorktown Heights, in Westchester County, NY.
The project was developed on a long time-vacant lot that is centrally located in the downtown area of Yorktown Heights. The site was an ideal candidate for an in-fill development, as it is within walking distance to all local amenities including grocery stores, retail chains, drugstores and professional services. The area is also conveniently located next to numerous recreational opportunities including the North Country Trail way bicycle path, public playground, sports facilities and several restaurants and cafes.
The apartments feature high-efficiency, heat pump systems for heating and cooling and on-demand hot water heaters. High-end finishes include quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Commercial fit-outs for a pre-school, barber, and retail store were also completed as part of the project scope.
